How to hookup the PIKO G Scale Track Power Clamps:
Easy to wire to track powered from an MTS/DCC controller or booster and up to 4 paris of any type switch motor
.1) Remove the top 4 screws and the top of the case revealing the circuit board & instructions inside the case.
2) Circuit board is easily removed or can be wired in the case bottom as shown above
Note the water proof seals and 4 soft rubber blades that seal wires from the weather and water when the top is replaced and screwed closed - the LED shows through the rubber seal in the top of the case for status indication
3) Wire to switch or solenoid motors and to track for power and DCC control.
Use the PIKO 35271 Electric Switch Machine for weather proof and waterproof maintenance free operation of your switch tracks (points) and/or signals
4) Optionally use your PIKO Central Station to change the switch addresses as desired by CV register configuration.
Connect the track terminals of your PIKO DCC Central Station to the power terminals of your PIKO Switch Decoder. Connect a wire to jumper between the top two terminals for programming programming and remove jumper to operate.
4) Connect power and operate you switch tracks using the wireless PIKO Navigator (see Navigator product for details)
